What can I buy on Mall of the 4 States?
At Mall of the 4 States you can purchase gift certificates redeemable for goods and services from local merchants, discounted at a minimum of 25%! Gift certificates for sale through Mall of the 4 States are limited-time offers, so if you see something you like don't delay. We are constantly finding new offers from merchants in your area - if you don't see something you're looking for today, come back tomorrow and see what's new.

What gift certificate amounts are available?
Gift certificates vary by merchant, but minimum amounts may start as low as $5.00.

Can I order a gift certificate that is no longer shown on the website?
Your local businesses enjoy offering Mall of the 4 States members a variety of great offers. This means inventory changes frequently, so if you see an offer, don't delay. Similar offers may not be replenished. Once a product is gone, it's sold out.

Do I need to register to make a purchase?
Yes. In order to make purchases through Mall of the 4 States, a Mall of the 4 States membership is required. Membership is safe, fast and secure, and best of all, it's free. At Mall of the 4 States, we respect your privacy and your membership information will be used only to help us find the best possible deals pertaining to your interests and needs in your area. During checkout, you will be asked for additional information that will not be saved as part of your membership.

What is an electronic gift certificate (EGC)?
An ECG is the fastest way to get your gift certificate. Within minutes after your purchase online, you'll have your electronic gift certificate immediately accessible in your email's inbox!

How do I purchase an electronic gift certificate?
You can find gift certificates in a few different places on the site.

  • Local businesses that are currently offering gift certificates are listed on the shopping page of Mall of the 4 States.
  • You can also make a purchase directly from any local business' showcase. Not all businesses listed will have gift certificates available, but if they do, they will be accessible from the shopping page and the business' individual ad pages.

We recommend you look over the terms and conditions of each gift certificate before making your purchase.

Electronic gift certificates are indicated by an envelope with a Electronic Gift Certificatelightning bolt. When you see this icon, it means the gift certificate is available online immediately after completing your purchase. Delivery is instantaneous! When you find a gift certificate that you would like to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" or "Purchase Now" button and it will be placed in your shopping cart. If at any time you wish to remove your selection, you may do so by clicking in the box under "Remove" next to the selection and then clicking the "Update Cart" button to refresh the page with your changes. Your selections are always visible in your shopping cart as you continue to browse through the various goods and service offers. Simply click on "View Cart" in the shopping cart box in the upper left of most pages on the site. When you are ready to checkout, go to your cart and proceed to checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button.

How do I purchase a paper gift certificate?
Though electronic gift certificates are much more prominent on our site, you may come across a gift certificate on occasion that must be picked up at a physical location. Follow the same procedure to purchase paper gift certificates as you do for electronic gift certificates.

How do I Checkout?

  1. Sign In
    Even if you are already logged in, you will have to confirm your login information again to proceed through checkout. This is an additional measure of security to protect your account during the checkout process.
  2. Billing Information
    We need this information to process your order. All required fields are noted in red. Fill in your credit card information (We accept all major credit cards). You may also change your billing address here if you need to. There is a box on the page that must be checked off to confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions of the transaction. You must check this box to proceed with the order.
  3. Order Confirmation
    This is the page to check to make sure you have all the items you want and in the correct quantities you ordered. On occasion, Mall of the 4 States may offer members promotional online coupons, a form of payment you can use toward online orders. To redeem a promotional coupon code, simply enter it in the field where prompted.
  4. Payment Information
    Fill in your credit card information (We accept all major credit cards). You may also change your billing address here if you need to.
  5. Thank You Page
    The final page of the checkout process thanks you for your order and includes a link to your order history. From your Order History screen, click on the relevant order in the list and print or download your newly purchased Gift Certificate(s). We recommend that you print or save a copy of this page for your records. Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive an email confirmation that contains the link to the gift certificate(s) you ordered. The order confirmation email itself is not valid gift certificate and cannot be used in transactions. You must print the actual gift certificate(s) on Mall of the 4 States in your Order History.

Can I order by telephone?
We currently only accept orders placed online.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept all the major Credit cards at Mall of the 4 States.

How long does the process take?
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an email confirmation within minutes. If you do not receive this email confirmation, please contact Customer Support at 417-623-6111 or contact us online.

Is my purchase secure?
Mall of the 4 States uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all credit card and billing information. Your computer must be SSL-enabled to ensure secure transfer of your credit card information. If you are having trouble with your browser, you can contact us online for assistance.

What is CVV?
CVV is an anti-fraud security feature to help verify that you are in possession of your credit card. For Visa/Mastercard, the three-digit CVV number is printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately after the card's account number. For American Express, the four-digit CVV number is printed on the front of the card above the card account number.

How do I access my Gift Certificates after I have purchased them?

  • The Thank You Page of the Checkout process contains a link to download/print your gift certificate(s).
  • The Order Confirmation email you receive after placing your order will have a link to download/print your gift certificate(s).
  • When you join Mall of the 4 States you create a personal page -"My Page". It will contain an "Order History" tab. Your previous orders will all be listed there.
  • When you are logged in, you can go to the SHOP NOW section of the site and access a link to your order history from the left navigation.

How do I use a gift certificate?
To Redeem: All product-guarantees and warranties are the responsibility of the business whose certificate you purchased. Neither Mall of the 4 States nor the merchant is responsible for lost or stolen certificates. There is no cash back upon redemption or at any other time.
Expiration Dates: Mall of the 4 States gift certificates may be valid for up to one year from their date, unless (a) otherwise indicated on the certificate itself; or (b) where otherwise prohibited by law.

Can I send an electronic gift certificate to someone other than myself?
You can only send an electronic gift certificate to the email address that you enter during checkout. Please note that your electronic gift certificate will only be sent to this email address. Multiple delivery email addresses cannot be entered.

What are my delivery options?
Electronic gift certificates are made available minutes after you complete your purchase. You'll receive an email confirmation with details on where to access your gift certificate within minutes of your purchase confirmation.
Paper certificates must be picked up at the stated physical location on the Gift Certificate.

What is your Returns Policy?
All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by Mall of the 4 States within 90 days of the invoice date. The purchaser (customer) is responsible for all postage costs and arranging return of gift certificates. When returning a gift certificate, we strongly recommend using a form of traceable delivery. Mall of the 4 States is not responsible for lost certificates.
Gift certificates must be in good condition with their valid serial numbers intact and legible. Partially redeemed gift certificates may not be returned for any refund. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. The refund will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. Notification will be sent as soon as your return has been processed via email. Mall of the 4 States gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Mall of the 4 States will only process returns for gift certificates directly purchased and fulfilled by Mall of the 4 States. If you are returning an item purchased directly from our merchants or advertisers, please contact them directly. Mall of the 4 States gift certificates will only be shipped within the United States, and not to US territories or protectorates. We apologize, but cannot accommodate APO and FPO military addresses at this time. All gift certificates will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Mall of the 4 States gift certificates may be valid for up to one year from their purchase date, unless (a) otherwise indicated on the certificate itself; or (b) where otherwise prohibited by law.
