No. Registration is required but there is no charge to register. Once you register you can take advantage of the special offers and enjoy all of the benefits of the site... FREE OF CHARGE!
- How do I become a member?
If you are not currently a member of Mall of the 4 States, click the 'Join Now' link at the top of each page. Once you have filled out your information click the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of the page. You should receive an email at the address you provided with a unique confirmation link in it.
Click on the confirmation link provided in the email. Your membership will not activate until you have clicked on the link included in the Member Confirmation email. (This ensures that you are the one who filled out the form and wish to join Mall of the 4 States.)
- I didn't receive the confirmation email. What do I do?
Your Internet service provider or email program may have a strong SPAM filter in place. Check your junk mail or SPAM folder if you have not received the confirmation email within a few minutes of submitting your information.
If the confirmation email is not in your SPAM or junk mail folders, please contact our Customer Service Department at 417-623-6111.
We recommend you add our email address to your email address book to be sure you receive ongoing correspondence from Mall of the 4 States.
- What if I forget my username or password?
At the login page there is an option to select if you've forgotten your password. Just enter the email address that you used when you registered and your password will be sent there immediately.
